How lucky we were to have engaged you to prepare and conduct our tour of Wales! Every detail was meticulously handled. The trip exceeded our fondest expectations and memories of it. You and your family will long linger with us.

You were an excellent travelling companion: lots of fun to be with. We enjoyed the opportunity to meet your daughter and her family and several of your friends in their homes - events that would not have been possible on large bus tours.

We were impressed that you took the time to tailor the trip to our desires - researching areas in which Pat's ancestors lived, arranging for us to hear a Wales Men's Chorus in rehearsal, plotting an itinerary so we could visit the brother of one of our neighbours.
